Please read this page completely and understand it before downloading any graphics on this site. All graphics on this site are my own work and are NOT public domain/freeware/shareware.
The following applies to non-profit sites, as well as profit sites. Remember copyright infringement is against the law. When you download anything from this site, you are entering into a agreement whether you read the terms of use or not. These rules are to have been read understood before removing anything from this site.

Although permission is granted to you to use Turtle Clipart and More graphics in accordance to the terms as stated on this page, Turtle Clipart and More will continue to retain all copyrights and ownership to all its graphics and can change/add to the terms of use at any time.

You must link back to this site (on every page a graphic is used). If you do not want to link back or follow the terms of use, then do not remove anything from this site. When you download anything from this site, you are entering into an agreement whether you read the terms or not.Read the TERMS OF USE page before removing anything from this site. My graphics are the sole property of me and may NOT BE ALTERED IN ANYWAY, ie. resized, create banners, awards with etc., sold, made into something and sold, put into graphic collections without the permission of me.

DO NOT ALTER THESE GRAPHICS IN ANYWAY this means resized (shrink, enlarge), create banners, awards, tubes, sig-tags, skins, add text to, change color, reword, create new graphics with etc. **If a graphic does not fit for a particular place on your page, use another, don't shrink or enlarge it. These graphics will become distorted when resized making your page look bad.** If I come across your webpage and the graphics are altered/no link, I will send a warning email and if that is not answered & the graphics not corrected, I will directly contact your website provider (i.e.- AOL, Tripod, & Geocities). Website providers do not take lightly instances of plagiarism and copyright infringement and they WILL shut your site down if you will not accommodate my very reasonable requests.

<img src="http://websiteaddress/folderformygraphics/nameofgraphic.gif" Getting graphics on your page this way steals bandwidth (i.e. time it takes to load a graphic/page)and will cause this site to shut down. You must download the graphic by right clicking over the graphic and pointing to "save as" or "save picture as" on the drop down menu and saving it on your computer.

DO NOT change the format of graphics from .GIF to .JPG or any other. The graphics become blurry and do not look good on your page.

DO NOT copy my graphics (plagiarize) or create similar ones in their likeness. Offer my graphics as your own works or use them for needle work or cross stitch patterns.

DO NOT use the graphics on a site where people may associate them with a particular organization (i.e. a mascot is a turtle) unless they are strictly and clearly used just to decorate the page with. I do not want the turtles affiliated with anything but "Turtle Clipart and More".

DO NOT send or use my graphics in your e-mails, sell the graphics on your site, on a graphic disk, made into something and sold (t-shirts, business cards, books, cards, quilts, stationary, business cards, crafts etc.) for ANY reason without my permission.

DO NOT use my graphics for mass distribution in programs, E-groups, mailing lists, newsgroups, E-cards/ICQ greetings, CD's/disks, banners, business or any sort of graphics/background/archives collections (Do not give them away), download my graphics to a zip. file, card shop etc. On or off the internet without the sole permission of me.

DO NOT use my graphics on a business, commercial or profit web site without a license agreement. Web Designers note that my graphics are not to be used by any individual or company's website for gain unless permission is granted.

YOU CAN use the graphics for decoration on non-profit web, family friendly, non-business/commercial, non-graphic collections pages/sites on the internet. I would like to see what your site looks like, so send a link my way or add your ink to the list of other graphics users on the home page. Note: Selling anything on your site means it is considered commercial and it is prohibited to use my graphics on a commercial site unless permission is granted by me.

YOU MUST right click on the graphic and save it to your own hard drive then link back to this site by placing a graphic link or text link somewhere visible on EVERY page you place a graphic on. Not on a separate links/credit page on your site. Do not link directly to the graphics (web TV users included).

FAQ'S

I am making a web site/page and was wondering if I could use some of your graphics for it?

Not a problem. Just email me (make sure turtle is somewhere in the subject line) before hand or after if it is a turtle site/page. And of course you can add your link to my FFA Links page. Just make sure you place a credit link on ALL the pages you use the graphics on, it can just be a text link or a small graphic banner. This may seem over protective, but people need to know where they originated from otherwise they will just use them and think they are "freeware" or "public domain" and they will be thrown around in internet land and used for who knows what! I create these graphics for free so I don't think it is too much to ask. NOTE: if you sell products on your site, you must email me first to get permission and a fee will be charged for usage.

I changed this graphic such and such a way, I hope you don't mind? / Your graphics are nice, but I think you should make more professional looking graphics.

Yes I do mind, NO CHANGES should be made to my graphics in any way shape or form. I took the time to make them the size, style, color etc. because that is the way I wanted them. Create your own graphics from scratch if you don't like the way mine are done.

We have a sports team and are looking for turtles to put on our team t-shirts, banners, bumper stickers. Can we use or can you make a turtle for us?/Can you create a logo for me?

I would love to! I get this question the most by far. Just send me an email with the info. The graphic is only to be used for that team's/business. I charge for the creating the graphic. I can also make one from scratch specific to your needs. And of course . . . I would like a couple of the items when the are done too hehe!! Yes, I can create a logo for you. Just contact me with the info and we'll work out the details.

I am a product designer and would like to use or perhaps you can make a turtle to use on a certain product packaging?

If we can come up with a fair price, then perhaps. And of course. . . I would want to have the product as well to show off, hehe.

I have a website that sells personalized items and would like to know if I can use your turtle(s) to print on various items?

If you are selling something (making a profit) then a flat fee per turtle will be given. This will give you the legal licensing right to use the turtle(s) for that project and any others in the future concerning your company only. You do not own the graphics, just the right to use them for your company. Please contact me from the guestbook for more information. If you would like something specially done, I can do that as well.

I was wondering if I could use your turtle graphics to put in my locker at school, would like to decorate my room/dorm, have a project involving turtles and would like to use some graphics?

You most certainly can use them to decorate your locker, room or project for school. I just don't want people to make things out of them and selling them or using them for something that they are selling. All the turtles are made by me alone and NO one should be making a profit from my graphics.

How do I set up my turtles tank?/My turtle is sick what should I do?

I am not a turtle expert by any means lol. I don't own a turtle so I haven't a clue about what to feed them or do when they are sick. I am just am quite fond of them hehe. Of course if I had one he would be a main feature on the site! When people ask these types of questions, I refer them to the sites in webrings or the turtle forum because many of them own actual turtles and would be more than happy to help you out.
